(As a side note: if you're running Linux and want to play F1GP, have a look at GrandPrix1.com's guide. You can only use PC speaker sound currently, but you can do all sorts of extra stuff like run multiple copies of the game simultaneously. Also, none of the Win9x memory troubles are present, and a nasty crash won't take down the system.)
